Responsibilities : Order Fulfillment Management : Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.Database Management : Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.Dashboard Management : Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.Stock Monitoring : Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.Allocation : Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.Sample Delivery Fulfillment : Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.Other Assignments : Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.Requirements : Able to start in our Madrid office in September for 40 hours / week, for a period of 6 months.Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude.Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels.Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
