Supply Planner

Responsible for weekly planning process for all materials for the assigned plant; inventory management; This is a permanent and full-time position to be based in Castellbisbal – Barcelona

Weekly planning

  • Own the weekly planning process at SKU level for plant materials within the monthly SIOP cycle.
  • Ensure accurate replenishment planning from production plant to warehouse.

Material Replenishment

  • Execute weekly release processes to align stock levels with forecasted demand, open orders, and available inventory.
  • Inventory Management : Manage inventory within the Planning scope, reacting to demand deviations and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Master Data Ownership : Maintain and validate Master Data and run regular sanity checks on Master Data.
  • Actively contribute to GSA meeting preparation by providing key inputs : supply constraints, inventory analysis, and more.

    Support strategic projects and contribute to new process development and cross-team consolidation.

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Planning / Scheduling in a chemical Industry environment

    Deep knowledge and understanding of the SAP Material Master Data.

    Strong excel skills

    English and Spanish fluently written / spoken is a must

    Own vehicle required, as the location is in an industrial area without direct public transport connections

    UE work permit is required
