Training Project Coordinator
to lead the
training stream
of a ERP transformation, ensuring that end users are fully prepared and confident ahead of each go-live phase. Manage and monitor the
training stream plan
, including milestones, KPIs, and dashboards. Coordinate the creation and validation of
training materials
in collaboration with Core Model and local teams. Organize and oversee
training sessions
(logistics, invitations, scheduling, trainer support). Track and evaluate
training effectiveness
and user readiness before go-live. Adjust content during
hypercare
based on end-user feedback. Contribute to the overall
change management and user adoption strategy
Degree in
Project Management, Business, or Information Systems
project management experience
, ideally in international ERP programs. Background in
training coordination or learning deployment
for large-scale digital transformations. Understanding of
ERP functional coverage
(SAP / Ariba knowledge is an advantage). Familiarity with training tools such as
SAP Enable Now
or
WalkMe
is a plus. Fluent in
English
Portuguese
