Wabtec es un proveedor líder mundial de equipos, sistemas, soluciones digitales y servicios de valor añadido para los sectores ferroviarios de mercancías y pasajeros.

La planta de Derio está especializada en el diseño y la fabricación de piezas de caucho para la suspensión en la industria ferroviaria.

¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?

Como Gerente de Ventas, serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa alcanzando los objetivos de ventas mediante la creación de relaciones sólidas con los clientes, la comprensión de sus necesidades y la provisión de soluciones.

¿Cómo será un día típico para ti?

• Elaboración y cumplimiento del Plan Comercial en línea con el Plan Estratégico.

• Visitar a clientes y gestionar los mismos (principalmente Exportación) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos anuales.

• Gestionar las ofertas comerciales.

• Actuar como vínculo entre los Departamentos de Ingeniería, Compras y Producción para facilitar la cooperación interdepartamental y asegurar así la satisfacción del cliente.

• Reportar KPIs a Dirección General.

• Liderar las sinergias a nivel de Grupo.

¿Qué queremos saber sobre ti?

• Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o campo afín

• +8 años de experiencia en un puesto similar en una empresa manufacturera

• Nivel avanzado de inglés (se valora el francés)

• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente

• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación

• Proactividad e iniciativa

Disponibilidad para viajar en España y Europa
