NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.The overall objective of this assignment is to : strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.Non-Key Expert : Liaison Officer (Host Country)Qualifications and Skills : Degree in economics / management / business / law enforcement / security or 5+ years added experience.Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).Experience : Cat. II : 5+ years / Cat.
