Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in multi-cloud environments.About the RoleThis position involves collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners to drive resolution for escalated incidents, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.Your day-to-day tasks will include : - Investigating and resolving Tier-2 technical issues using deep analytical skills and automation expertise.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.- Maintaining monitoring and observability tools to ensure high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency across customer systems.- Providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure, application management, and networking fundamentals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : - Taking ownership of escalated incidents and developing long-term resolutions through technical troubleshooting and automation.- Developing and maintaining internal documentation, customer-facing runbooks, and knowledge bases to ensure seamless support delivery.- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in DevOps, cloud computing, and system administration.Requirements : - 2+ years of experience in cloud support, DevOps, or system administration roles.- Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.- Proficient with Linux-based systems, shell scripting, and debugging system-level issues.- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools, such as Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch.- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, VPNs, load balancers, firewalls, etc.- Familiarity with DevOps tools and concepts, including CI / CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.- Good knowledge of automation and scripting, including Python, Bash, or similar.Benefits : - Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance.- Ongoing training, workshops, and certifications to support professional growth.- Competitive salary and benefits package.What We Offer : We provide a dynamic work environment, collaborative culture, and opportunities for growth and development.
