Mission

To define and own the global product strategy and value propositions for the lighting category, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and market demands. Will drive product development, manage the product portfolio, and foster innovation and operational excellence to achieve profitable revenue and market share growth while developing a sustainable competitive advantage (marketing, product development...).
