Are you a Platform Engineer with expertise in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions? BCI is seeking an individual like you to join our team for a 12-month fixed term position. This is your chance to drive efficiency and innovation while enjoying extended benefits and a performance-based incentive plan. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in either our Victoria or Vancouver office, collaborating with top professionals while contributing to the growth and success of one of Canada\ 's largest institutional investors.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Platform Engineer, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to facilitate the successful deployment, growth, and enhancement of ServiceNow. Leveraging your expertise, you will drive the creation and implementation of platform maturity roadmaps in a hybrid Agile environment, ensuring the efficient delivery of top-quality products and services.

With a strong foundation in platform configuration and administration, you will offer support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues and may join an on-call rotation to address critical business needs. This position can be based in either Vancouver or Victoria, with occasional travel required between the two cities.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor\ 's degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Administrator, Platform Engineer, Developer, or Software Engineer, with a strong focus on implementing, developing, and managing platform configurations and operations
• Hands-on experience with service management platforms, including in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and configuration management databases (CMDB);

professional certification or training in ITIL, ServiceNow, or a similar field is required

Work from either of our downtown Victoria or Vancouver offices : relocation support is available if needed.

SALARY RANGE

The annualized base salary range for this role is CAD $103,000 to $124,000.

We pay our people competitively in the markets in which we operate and with consideration for internal equity and job structure. The base salary will consider factors such as the individual\ 's skill set, experience, andinternal equity. We aim for actual pay to be around the market median for expected performance and the upper quartile for excellent performance. Actual salaries may vary based on experience and expertise.
