In SME&C (Small Medium Enterprises and Channel), we lead a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team focused on customer success, partnering with customers and partners to unlock opportunities with AI and Dynamics 365 solutions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this role focuses on leading AI transformation engagements in the Sales and Service domain, owning the technical win strategy, and collaborating with AI Business Process Specialists, partners, and engineering to drive successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement.
• Own the technical win strategy for each opportunity. Engage with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) to translate priorities into the solution vision, leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications and Copilot Studio expertise to secure technical decisions.
• Orchestrate customer envisioning workshops, whiteboard design sessions, and compelling technical demos across Dynamics 365 Sales & Service applications, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents.
• Lead proofs-of-concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, document outcomes, and map customer solution requirements. Translate findings into detailed technical plans, including migration pathways to D365 and recommended tools, with milestones and risk mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrate Microsoft’s value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions to win technical decisions against competitors. Address AI-related compliance, privacy, or security concerns early, developing mitigation plans to instill confidence in D365 solutions.
• Engage the Microsoft partner ecosystem to enhance and scale solution delivery, including co-sell and co-innovation with partners (e.g., FastTrack, ISV providers).
• Collaborate with Customer Success Unit and Partners to ensure value realization from Dynamics 365 investments. Secure deployment plans with success metrics and adoption milestones. Promote early adoption of Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 AI Agents by capturing usage intent during pre-sales.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, complete required training and certifications, and achieve proficiency levels in consultative selling and Dynamics 365 solutions for key workloads.
• Share insights from wins / losses with the broader SE community and act as a technical thought leader through content delivery at readiness events and architecture deep dives.
• Address solution architecture considerations and competitive objections; assist in formalizing the customer proposal.
