Key Requirements

working with

• .NET 6 / 8

Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS / GCP) : Deep understanding of cloud architecture and concepts; platform-agnostic. Azure is preferred but not mandatory.

Event-Driven Architecture and Distributed Systems : Must have significant hands-on experience; lack of exposure is a major concern.

Databases : Strong SQL expertise for optimization and performance tuning. NoSQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.

Infrastructure as Code : Understands concepts of IaC (Terraform, ARM, etc.); conceptual understanding is more important than specific tooling.

Scalability and Observability : Demonstrated experience working with high-traffic, low-latency systems; understands key performance metrics.

CI / CD : Deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration practices, regardless of the specific tool.

Communication : Clear, structured communicator who can explain technical topics effectively.

Nice-to-have

AI Tooling Proficiency :

Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, or process automation), recommend effective use, and spot workflow streamlining opportunities.
