Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking users through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.

Assist users with inquiries related to content moderation and online safety.

Work alongside the moderation team to monitor and review user-generated content.

Document user interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and moderation skills.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the user experience and content safety.

Offer constructive feedback to enhance moderation processes and customer support strategies.

Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with limited supervision.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

No previous experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
