Sales Director EMEA

We are seeking an accomplished and goal-driven Regional Sales Director, with deep expertise in renewables, particularly within solar, wind, energy storage, and the TIC industry. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, market development, and customer engagement across a diverse region.

You will join STS, a key player in the global renewable energy sector. With operations spanning countries across EMEA, our teams comprise individuals, much like yourself, who are passionate about renewable energies, technology, quality, and sustainability.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Director oversees all sales operations and strategy in the region, including setting and meeting ambitious sales targets, developing sales strategies, and implementing plans that maximize revenues and deliver customer satisfaction. Your efforts will directly contribute to STS’s growth and our presence in the renewable energy markets in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategy and plan for the EMEA, aligning with company objectives to drive revenue and growth.
  • Maximize sales revenue by meeting and exceeding regional sales targets through effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, new markets and sectors, collaborating with internal teams to capitalize on emerging business opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the sales team, assigning tasks, setting targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Implement strategies to deliver customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention, ensuring the growth of a strong customer base in the region.
  • Foster and manage relationships with key accounts, providing expertise throughout the sales process to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.
