About Uptail Hola! Carlos here, co-founder and CEO at Uptail, we're on a mission to make every customer feel VIP by building the best AI agents for B2 C sales. Our AI agents qualify leads, schedule calls and engage prospects on Whats App turning leads into high-intent opportunities. Our AI agents are already handling 30,000+ conversations per month for large customers like Glovo and Impress and we have recently raised a €1 M pre-seed round from leading European investors. This is a unique opportunity to join early and shape the company from day 1. We sell to CMOs and CSOs at large B2 C service companies. Our buyers care about speed to lead, conversion rates and CAC. If you understand customer acquisition funnels, you’ll speak their language. We target mid-market and enterprise clients, with high ACV and low churn. Your mission Uptail is shaping the agentic economy, defining how customers and companies interact. We imagine a world where every B2 C customer gets red carpet treatment with personalized, instant service. We’re in market grab mode, looking for early adopters eager to implement AI agents right now. That’s where you come in. Your mission is to own the top of the sales funnel, building a steady pipeline of qualified leads and finding those early adopters across Spain and Europe (languages are a plus!). You'll work closely with me (Carlos), have the freedom to test tools and tactics and play a key role in building a fast-growing sales team from scratch. You will be the first hire on the sales team and work out of our Madrid office!   What you’ll do   Generate leads : identify, source and qualify prospects using creative outbound tactics   Own outbound : execute across channels and verticals (cold calls, Linked In, email, in-person, whatever it takes)  Work with me to close deals : support discovery calls, demos and negotiations   Write the sales playbook : document what works and double down on it   Lay the groundwork to scale : help define the sales team and lead the next hires   Are we a match? 2+ years of experience in B2 B sales   Based in Madrid or willing to relocate and work from our beautiful office in the heart of Madrid   Experimental mindset : you test, measure and learn fast  " Get sh
