What You Will Do

Lead implementation projects from discovery and design to testing, training, and go-live.

Act as the main point of contact with clients — building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring flawless delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (analysts, consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to meet milestones and deliverables on time.

Define project plans, schedules, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Facilitate workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize client value.

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Support and coach project team members, ensuring alignment with goals and high-quality results.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven environments.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Strong business acumen in project planning and management.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects effectively.

Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable with executives and technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success.

Fluency in English and Spanish. French is a big differential!
