OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Consultant to join a global FMCG organization headquartered in Barcelona. This role will play a critical part in the design, build, and remediation of authorization roles as part of a greenfield S / 4HANA and Fiori rollout. You will drive Segregation of Duties (SoD) clean-up, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure robust access controls across key SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and build of SAP authorization roles within an existing GRC Access Control (ARA and BRM) framework - Conduct thorough SoD analysis, identify violations, and implement remediation plans - Map business requirements to security roles across FI, MM, SD, PP, and WM modules - Collaborate with functional teams and local business units to gather requirements and validate role designs - Support testing and quality assurance of role builds, ensuring access is both secure and fit for purpose - Provide hands-on support during UAT cycles and cutover activities - Offer expert guidance on GRC best practices and governance to enhance the organization’s security posture - Prepare documentation, training materials, and run workshops for end users and key stakeholders

Spanish proficiency is highly desirable - Europe-based freelance or contractor status

Preferred Skills - Experience with hybrid or global rollout environments - Familiarity with shared services models in an international setting - Awareness of data privacy regulations (e.G., GDPR) and their impact on authorization design
