This opportunity is to join a diverse Industrialization Team within Operations focused on shaping the future through product innovation, state-of-the-art product consolidation and continuous performance improvement. The Industrialization department guarantees the technical / digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests for Space Electronic equipment with excellence. Our work is based on collaboration, autonomy / accountability and flexibility across Space business areas such as Launchers, Earth Exploration, Space Exploration and Commercial satellites.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, implement and support Industrial means according to process requirements and ergonomics standards, with a focus on a spacecraft equipment automatic production line.
• Manage and monitor contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-cost and on-quality delivery for Industrial means in collaboration with the supply chain organization.
• Lead Industrial perspectives for design for manufacturing in collaboration with Engineering.
• Define automation processes, machine programming and maintenance strategy roadmaps.
• Define digitalization requirements for industrial means to align with the Production tool suite.
• Lead support and troubleshooting on the shop floor at the Industrial means level.
• Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and processes, implementing best practices related to Quality, Cost and Time.
• Support and lead continuous improvement based on Production needs and feedback (e.g., Kaizen, PPS, defining Industrial means requirements).
• Member of multifunctional teams for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and Key Characteristics (KCs).
• Simulate scenarios and define the way forward for production ramp-up.
