Our mission

In 2016, our founders wanted to feed their dogs - Edgard and Cooper - with pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. When they couldn't find this, they decided to make their own. Now, 9 years later, our team has 200 employees and we are proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

If you believe pets deserve better food and love turning that belief into action, you might be the natural-born connector we need to grow Edgard & Cooper’s presence in Madrid.

As our new Field Sales & Brand Ambassador, you'll be the bridge between our brand and retail shops that share our values. Your days will involve relationship-building, strategic outreach, nurturing existing partnerships, solving problems proactively, and supporting our retail partners.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Identifying new pet shops and stores to partner with Edgard & Cooper in your region.
  • Convincing store owners to join us by showcasing our products’ benefits.
  • Transforming stores into Edgard & Cooper hotspots with eye-catching displays, tastings, and local promotions.
  • Training shop staff on our products to boost their confidence in selling.
  • Sharing local market insights, competitor info, and customer feedback.
  • Organizing local events like pet parties and sampling days.
  • Representing Edgard & Cooper by engaging with store staff, pet owners, and the community.
  • Tracking and reporting on activities that drive sales and improve performance.

What skills and qualities should you have?

  • At least 1 year experience in field sales, account management, or a related role.
  • A passion for connecting with people and sharing our story.
  • Strong storytelling skills; fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Negotiation skills to develop win-win partnerships.
  • Organized, proactive, and focused on managing your territory and targets.
  • Problem-solving mindset and tech-savviness, especially with MS Office.
  • Valid driving license and residence near Madrid.
  • Note : Only candidates authorized to work in Spain without sponsorship will be considered.
