Senior Front-End Engineer, Backoffice Squad

We’re looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Backoffice Squad. This team leads the development of our backoffice platform, which empowers internal employees to manage our partners, optimize operations, and receive smart, data-driven insights. You’ll play a key role in delivering new features, improving UX / UI, and collaborating on architectural decisions to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and delightful to use.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain features within React.
Contribute to the design and development of components for a future Design System.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
Champion usability and a strong design sense throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring a polished and cohesive user experience.
Contribute to a scalable, performant, and secure application architecture.
Proactively bring ideas and constructive feedback to help shape our product roadmap and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you will bring to our team

5+ years of experience as a Front-End Engineer, ideally with cross-platform development exposure.

Experience building and growing a design system.

Proven experience developing and maintaining production apps.

Strong understanding of architecture, state management, testing, and performance optimization.

Comfortable working with REST APIs, including independently testing and understanding endpoints using tools like Postman or Insomnia.

Experience with Git, CI / CD, and modern development tools. Familiarity with analytics, accessibility, and performance monitoring tools.

Product mindset : you care about the user experience as much as the code.

Advanced English level (we’re an international team).
