Do you have financial leadership experience in a SaaS environment, a proven track record in M&A, and strong investor reporting skills? This is your next big move. Our client is a fast-growing scale-up on an exciting international expansion journey. We’re looking for a CFO to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy through this next phase of growth.
What we’re looking for :
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
- Strong background in SaaS metrics.
- Proven experience leading M&A transactions.
- Experience negotiating and managing reporting to private equity or VC funds.
- Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a scale-up mindset and hands-on attitude.
