PLC Programmer

We're Hiring – PLC Programmer (Siemens TIA Portal)

(On-site, with occasional remote programming).

We are looking for a highly skilled PLC Programmer with solid experience working with SIEMENS TIA Portal , to join a dynamic team supporting one of our key clients in the automotive industrial machinery sector .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and program and configure PLC systems , primarily using Siemens TIA Portal

Develop and modify HMI interfaces , ensuring seamless operator-machine interaction

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC communications , I / O signals, drives, and servo systems

Participate in machine commissioning, testing, and performance tuning

Support production teams with technical assistance during line start-up and operation

Ensure program documentation is up to date and aligned with internal standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and corrective actions

Follow safety protocols and contribute to a reliable and efficient automation environment

Key Requirements :

Proven experience in PLC programming for industrial machines

Hands-on expertise in Siemens TIA Portal , HMI , variable speed drives , and servo systems

Strong problem-solving skills, especially in real-time machine issues

Background in high-volume manufacturing environments (automotive, packaging, etc.)

Intermediate to upper-intermediate English level (spoken and written)

Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and performance expectations

Additional Info :

Possibility to occasionally work from home for offline programming tasks (not by default)

The role is on-site , supporting a high-profile client in the automotive industry

Candidates from small or low-volume operations are not ideal for this position
