We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on a project for a global, business-critical Commercial Insurance application.
In this exciting role you will collaborate with other analysts, developers and stakeholders to implement and operate CRM features and integrations aligned with the client's strategy. The platform utilises prevailing Microsoft Dynamics cloud-based technology and the solution delivery is based on Agile principles with monthly production deployments.
The application team is based in Zurich, London and Spain, but relies on a strong partnership with global and local business teams.
What you will do
- Work collaboratively with the global and local business stakeholders to enhance the CRM through process / problem analysis, requirements elicitation, functional specification documentation and change management
- Support the technical team on solution design and validation, including test case reviews
- Deliver platform integration demand from both Commercial Insurance and Corporate Life & Pensions stakeholders
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to implement best-in-class CRM features
- Drive usage and coverage of core entities to generate sales insight
