Location : Madrid, Spain (Primary Base) + European Travel

Contract : 12 Months (Extension Likely)

We are working with a global engineering leader in food and beverage manufacturing technology to deliver a major processing systems installation program across Europe.

We are seeking an experienced Installation Site Supervisor to oversee process equipment and piping installations at customer sites — ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise mechanical installation activities for process and utility systems

Oversee subcontractors and coordinate daily work on-site

Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project standards and timelines

Support equipment installation, pre-commissioning, and handover activities

Maintain clear communication between site teams and project management

Ensure compliance with HSE and GMP standards

Requirements :

Proven experience in food, dairy, or beverage process installation projects

Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel piping, process modules, and utilities

Prior experience in a site supervision or installation coordination role

Fluent English (Spanish or other EU languages advantageous)

EU work eligibility and willingness to travel across Europe
