Sales Manager – Iberia

About ESAB & GCE :

What You Will Do

  • Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.
  • Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.
  • Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).
  • Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.
  • Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management
  • Skills : Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Knowledge : Gas control distribution networks and devices.
  • Language : Local language + fluent in English.
  • Mobility : Frequent travel; valid driving license.
  • Soft Skills : Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
  • Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.
  • University degree
