Lead SAP System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ERP R3 & S / 4HANA, BW and HCM) with high availability and optimal performance.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with industry best practices.
• Monitor and optimize system performance by analyzing system logs, resource utilization, and user behavior.
• Identify and troubleshoot SAP Basis related issues, implementing resolutions that minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Configure and manage system monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively, minimizing their impact on business operations.
• Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations, processes, and procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support SAP projects and changes, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
