For our office in Madrid (on-site position) we are looking for a talented Sales Consultant. We are a meritocratic sales organization where you decide on the speed of your own career growth. Some of our colleagues are managing teams or opened their own offices within their first few years at Huxley.

Your role As an (Associate) Recruitment Consultant, you will be the link between technology and engineering professionals and organisations in the STEM sector (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). You will help specialists find their dream job and support companies in building their dream team.

Build Partnerships : establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and match that with the right professionals.

Build your own 'business' : you will manage and expand your own client and candidate portfolio.

Search like a pro : you will search databases and other channels to find the best candidates, review CVs and participate in qualifying candidates by phone or face-to-face.

Network and negotiate : from conducting interviews to salary negotiations - you will handle it all. Improve the candidate database using different sources and create your own candidate network.

Become the expert in your market : you will identify and analyse market trends and developments.

Level of studies : University degree

Benefits & Conditions Base salary of 24k as Associate (first promotion during the first 6 months)

Unlimited commission plan - commissions are paid on a monthly basis and are cumulative

Career Development (internal promotion) - the opportunity to climb up to roles such as Manager or Principal Consultant
