Manager, Accounting and Treasury

This role will be responsible for the accounting in our EPC entity and relationship management, preparing and coordinating future financial audits, reviewing month‑end tasks, reporting to Finance Corporate and review the accounting entries and taking care of all accounting and treasury related duties.
Lead month‑end closing process and ensure quality control over financial reporting of Recurrent Energy Construction, S.A.
Annual statutory financial statement preparation under local GAAP.
Audit process on a yearly basis.
Treasury and payment management.
Ensure financial reporting compliance with Group’s policies and reporting standards (US GAAP, Local GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS).
Ad hoc analysis (transaction and acquisition, finance due diligence, financial model reviews, etc.).
SAP implementation process.
Assist with questions from Tax, Project Finance, Project Managers and the business.
Finance and accounting.
Works with various teams in the organization including AP, Accounting, FP&A, Project Finance, Legal, etc.
Significant interaction with outside vested parties (advisors, bank officers, auditors, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Knowledge of construction and renewable energy and project assets.
US GAAP, Spanish GAAP and IFRS working knowledge required.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is a must and HFM and Atractor experience is a plus).
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
