Responsibilities
General Expectations
Stay informed about all company policies, procedures, and promotions.Identify and report any necessary kitchen maintenance issues to the Head chef or Restaurant manager.Attend daily briefings and other scheduled meetings.Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with all employees to foster a collaborative work environment.Daily Operations
Prepare high-quality food items in the designated kitchen area.Set up your station with the necessary utensils and equipment.Follow standard recipes, portion controls, and storage specifications.Acknowledge orders and prepare them according to specifications.Serve food in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature.Procurement and Inventory Management
Assist in inventory control and requisition orders as needed.Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line cook or 2 years in the F&B industry, preferably in a Lebanese / Oriental restaurant.Education Requirements
