The Role
We’re looking for a Process Engineer to work daily with the manufacturer ophthalmic lenses laboratories across the world.

Technical responsibilities
- Engineer service support in the integration of new software, products and technologies into existing lab equipment platforms of third-party labs to successfully manufacture lenses made with any of the IOT technologies.
- Setting up and configuring new optical lens designs for customers
- Troubleshooting and resolution of software and production process deviations and issues.
- Quality control of ophthalmic lens production in optical labs :
Surfacing department QC
Coating department QCProcess Improvement service to optical laboratoriesCollaborate from a technical perspective in the management of IOT customers (ophthalmic labs) with the sales and marketing teams of the company that work with the same accounts.Interdepartmental collaboration for multiple projects and tasksCollaboration with the commercial team developing new strategies.Communication and collaboration with development teams to resolve software incidences.Consulting, customer service (not sales) and training customersBe responsible for maintaining a relationship with the customers and supporting all their needsRequired skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Optical Engineering or related field.English C1 and a third language would be a plus.5 years of previous process engineering experience in manufacturing laboratories of ophthalmic lenses.Advanced computer skillsCustomer needs focusedAble to set priorities, quickly adapt to change and learn continuouslyAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, both independently and with a team.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across disciplines and with multiple levels of management.Strong communication and technical skills.Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently.About the recruiting process
