Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Forensics Engineer to join our innovative organization. As a member of our expert team, you will play a vital role in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions for next-generation accelerator chips. Your primary responsibility will be to work on the implementation and verification of DFT measures to meet product specifications and production requirements.

Your expertise will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective DFT solutions that meet test requirements. You will contribute to target coverage requirements for logic, memories, IO, and mixed-signal IPs. Additionally, you will generate test patterns and support post-silicon ATE and QnR.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop DFT solutions for next-generation accelerator chips.
