Job Title : Global Integration Specialist
Role Overview :
This position is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure seamless integration of HR and Payroll systems.
- Develop and refine existing test documentation, including scenarios and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and standardize test approaches.
- Translate complex technical information into actionable test plans for clients.
- Coordinate system integration tests, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct internal scenario testing to validate test strategies.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with clients, ensuring smooth deployment.
- Document testing results, capturing lessons learned and implementing improvements.
- Provide support to implementation teams on assigned projects.
