Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to support our Sales teams with RFP answering and business offering development. As part of this role, you will be responsible for project management tasks such as organizing work splits between internal stakeholders and coordinating content owners and subject matter experts across various business units to ensure response packages are consolidated and delivered on time.

You will also play a key role in curating the responsive content database, ensuring it is maintained up-to-date. Additionally, you may be asked to deliver first-level webex presentations of local platforms and create product video demo recordings that will be leveraged by Sales with their prospects in various stages of the sales cycle.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, a high level of mastery of MS Office, and knowledge of ADP offerings and French payroll. A Human Resources / Payroll / Service / Sales background is also required.

Your exceptional technical writing skills in English / French language will enable you to summarize or rephrase answers depending on the level of details required by the RFP, and articulate the business value of ADP solutions to a prospect / client.
