What you'll achieve :

Build new user-facing features with everything from data modelling to service logic and UI components.
Work closely with founders to rapidly translate new concepts into actionable features.
Nurture a culture of technical quality from design, through code review, to production operations.
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of complex services, prioritizing code quality, system reliability and software operations.
Craft user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components.
Build innovative solutions to solve complex challenges in a real-world context.

About you :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in testing, and launching software products, with a strong grasp of software design, architecture, and best practices.

You have the right to work from a European country

Preferred qualifications :

Experience with React / TypeScript, Python, Java, and microservices.

Experience delivering cloud-native and large-scale service-oriented architectures.

Good judgment in making tradeoffs to balance short-term business needs with long-term technical quality.

End-to-end mentality with the ability to understand and contribute to the full product cycle.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with people across the engineering organization.

Passionate about system quality and user experience .
