About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join the Methodology & Tooling team within a large-scale global SAP transformation program in the consumer healthcare sector.
This role sits at the intersection of SAP functional delivery and PMO governance, supporting multiple project streams across business units, system integrators, and functional teams. The ideal candidate combines solid PMO operations experience, hands-on SAP project delivery background, and strong tool fluency (Power BI, Jira, Confluence) — driving process consistency, governance, and continuous improvement across the SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central coordination point between SAP functional teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent PMO methodologies, documentation standards, and tool governance across the program.
- Support SAP project delivery activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage tool access and compliance across Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint in line with SOPs.
- Support Jira governance (workflows, dashboards, story templates) and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Maintain and structure Confluence and SharePoint documentation spaces (SOPs, training, release notes).
- Generate progress and KPI reports via Power BI; propose automation improvements using Power Automate or Jira Automation.
- Coordinate training sessions and onboarding for new team members.
- Drive process visibility, traceability, and compliance across all PMO activities.
Required Skills & Experience :
SAP & Project Delivery
8+ years of total experience, including functional SAP background (e.g., SAP MM, SD, PP, or similar).At least 2–3 years as Project Manager or PMO in SAP implementation or transformation programs.Experience managing or supporting end-to-end SAP project deliveries (at least two full cycles).Strong understanding of SAP methodologies, documentation, and delivery governance.Previous exposure to System Integrator coordination (e.g., IBM, Accenture, TCS) is a strong plus.Tool Expertise
Jira : structure setup (epics / stories / tasks), workflows, dashboards, and metrics.Power BI : data modeling, integration with Jira / Excel, automated dashboards.Confluence & SharePoint : structured documentation and access management.ServiceNow : ticketing, access requests, or ITSM familiarity.Power Automate : building or maintaining workflow automations.PMO & Process Skills
Strong knowledge of SOPs, access control, and governance frameworks.Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams (Europe + India).Background in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, manufacturing) is highly valued.Soft Skills
