Payroll Specialist

The role of a Payroll Specialist is to deploy payroll management and HR outsourcing services to clients. This position requires strong communication skills to manage internal and external teams effectively.

  • Non-contracted and out-of-scope service element detection
  • Preparation of analysis and documentation
  • Client approval and acceptance of analysis
  • Historical client data collection and management
  • Customization of payroll applications
  • Requesting services from internal and external providers
  • Critical issue escalation
  • Client validation of delivered services

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, social security, and taxation in Portugal
  • Proficiency in payroll and HR applications
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, teamwork ability, and capacity to work under pressure. A graduate degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Higher Education is required. Project Management Certification is desirable.
