Descripción del trabajoTitulación técnica o superior, siendo valorable la especialidad de eléctricas o mecánicas. Conocimientos previos para la elaboración de proyectos de instalaciones para edificación (eléctricas, HVAC, PCI, fontanería, gas, etc). Dominio de normativa española CTE y de normativas de REBT, RITE, RIPCI. Valorables conocimientos de normativas internacionales NFPA, ASHRAE. Dominio de Autocad, siendo muy valorable conocimientos y dominio de Revit. Valorables conocimientos en Dmelect. Residencia en Barcelona o alrededores. Idiomas : Castellano e inglés. Persona dinámica, organizada, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Disponibilidad para viajar para visitas de obra. Salario competitivo en función del perfil. Participar en un reto que te hará crecer profesional y personalmente. Formar parte de un equipo internacional, joven y multidisciplinar. Formación interna de idiomas (Inglés, Francés o Italiano). Formación técnica, acuerdo con Universidad ZIGURAT para másters y postgrados, así como formación continuada según plan de carrera definido.

G4 GROUP, somos una empresa de arquitectura, ingeniería y diseño multidisciplinar con sedes en lugares increíbles como Barcelona, Madrid, Turín, París y Dubái. Estamos en busca de perfiles junior para unirse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería.
Posición : MEP Project Engineer. Ubicación : Barcelona
Responsibilities
- Liderarás proyectos de instalaciones MEP desde el anteproyecto y proyecto básico hasta el proyecto ejecutivo.
- Planificarás el proyecto y definirás los criterios de diseño.
- Seleccionarás los fabricantes y materiales en los proyectos.
- Realización del predimensionamiento, cálculo, diseño y prepararás documentación técnica de las instalaciones a desarrollar (eléctricas, mecánicas, PCI).
- Realizarás estados de mediciones, informes, Due Diligence.
- Controlarás económicamente los proyectos a cargo.
- Asesorarás al cliente en la estimación de costes, recursos, materiales y viabilidad técnica de las soluciones propuestas relacionadas con las instalaciones.
- Realización de la Dirección de Obra para el control de la ejecución, pruebas y puestas en marcha.
- Velarás que los proyectos cumplan las normativas vigentes correspondientes.
