At Pro Expo , we create memorable experiences at international trade shows and events. We are looking for a Design Specialist / Strategist with 10+ years of experience in stand design to join our design department.

This is a flexible opportunity open to both freelance professionals or those seeking a full-time contract . Whether you prefer remote collaboration or an employee contract, you will play a key role in leading creative concepts with a strategic vision for international projects.

What you’ll do

Transform client objectives into strong creative concepts.

Design layouts and spatial distributions for stands across multiple industries.

Ensure feasibility and budget alignment (materials and European market pricing).

Collaborate with the design team and Project Managers to deliver quality, coherence, and innovation.

Coordinate creative projects from concept to completion.

What we’re looking for

10+ years of proven experience designing stands for international trade fairs .

Strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite .

Experience using AI tools for renders and video generation.

Portfolio required .
