The Role As a Tax Professional at Kyndryl, you will ensure our tax operations are efficient and aligned with our business objectives. Your responsibilities include supporting tax functions, managing tax risk, providing tax advisory services, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to implement tax strategies effectively.

You will analyze tax laws within specific jurisdictions to ensure compliance and accuracy of our tax positions. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping our corporate tax policies and devising strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Who You Are You possess relevant tax or tax accounting experience, a growth mindset, and a customer-focused approach. You are inclusive and collaborative in your work style.

Required Skills and Experience Relevant tax and / or tax accounting experience

Excellent project management and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and similar tools

Preferred Skills and Experience 8-10+ years of experience, including in-house roles at large multinational enterprises and Big 4 firms

Semi-qualified or qualified CA
