Descripción del trabajoRegularly update talent mediakits. Produce and maintain sector-specific mediakits (fashion, beauty, lifestyle). Ensure visual and editorial consistency across all commercial documents. Content reporting (posts, performance, calendars). Artistic direction support : aesthetic research, content suggestions, feed / story / Reels consistency. Occasional support in preparing shoots or campaigns. Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English. First experience in digital appreciated (marketing, social media, content creation, agency, etc.). Strong knowledge of social media codes (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Proficient in Canva for visual asset creation. Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail. Strong interest in fashion and beauty. Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Intern 100% remote Start date : As soon as possible

Responsibilities
Operational support for talent collaborations
- Send commercial proposals and briefs to talents.
- Oversee operations : receive deliverables, coordinate feedback, ensure deadlines are met.
- Compile reporting for brands and maintain internal archives.
Maintenance and updating of commercial materials
Talent activity monitoring
