Aircraft Manufacturing Quality Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Inspect and verify compliance with processes / approved design data for aircraft structures and wiring harnesses, connectors, and electrical terminations as per design drawings, according to quality gates and inspection protocols.
• Perform incoming and first-article inspections of parts, components, and related documentation for compliance with design, technical, and certification requirements.
• Create and follow up on quality reports (defects, QNs) in case of deviations, including managing quarantine items, conducting root cause analysis, developing containment actions, and implementing corrective measures for problem resolution.
• Provide feedback and support to production on quality-related issues.
• Support the Quality department on multiple activities, such as supply chain, participating in process optimizations and projects.
