We’re looking for a motivated Sales Professional with an affinity for people management to step into the SDR Team Lead role DACH in our Sales team in Barcelona. Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, running weekly 1 : 1s, setting development goals, and reviewing performance.
Coach & mentor, focus on continuous skill development, identify training needs, and support new hires during onboarding.
Enable growth, design and deliver engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and share best practices across the team.
