Job Description :

In the framework of Airbus Crisa equipment product development (satellites and launchers), the PA manager will be responsible for :

  • Ensuring the quality function of different electronic processes (conception, integration, programming, tests, etc.).
  • Helping the project team to succeed.
  • Guaranteeing customer needs are met.
  • Defining and applying the Product Assurance Plan.
  • Ensuring the quality of development processes.

The main tasks and responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring the quality interface with the customer.
  • Conducting reviews / milestones (internal or contractual).
  • Leading and supporting the justification files with relevant arguments (anomaly processing, etc.).
  • Identifying quality-relevant risks and supporting the implementation of Quality Improvement initiatives and APQP throughout the project.
  • Supporting the resolution of incidents through problem-solving activities such as root cause analysis, PPS, PFMEA, etc.
  • Leading and supporting the process of Non-conformities Management.
  • Ensuring the consistency between customer requirements and Airbus Crisa quality standards.
  • Establishing and conducting the quality plan implementation.
  • Participating in the definition of risk mitigation actions.
  • Coordinating quality actions and managing the quality budget.
  • Certifying product conformity with its specifications.

    • This role involves some travel for business purposes.

    Work experience required : More than 5 years in product quality assurance; experience in manufacturing or testing is considered. Experience in Product Assurance or Device (FPGA / ASIC) Product Assurance is a plus.

    Soft skills required : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player, analytical skills, rigorous approach, proactive thinking.

    Educational requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Automatic, Aeronautic, etc.) or Physics, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Advanced level of English.
