Responsibilities:

Attend meetings with the Workers Council and manage daily interactions with them.
Apply company policies in coordination with other departments as needed.
Manage administrative tasks such as daily attendance, contracts, external contractors, and questions about payroll.
Manage massive recruiting processes (publish job offers, conduct interviews) to adapt the size of the plant to manufacturing needs.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
Track and monitor the annual medical check of the workforce.
Elaborate and track the yearly training plan adapting it to the budget and real needs.
Provide support on the GF when needed.
Report KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager.
Analyze and track the annual plant P&C Budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance.
YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Business Administration.
Leadership skills and high commitment.
7+ years of experience in HR, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SHRM certification preferred.
Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives strategically.
Available to travel occasionally.
