Dutch-Speaking Online Ads Account Manager in Barcelona with relocation bonus

Descripción del trabajoDutch C2 + English B2 - C1 Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client-facing roles. Strong understanding of the Benelux market and cultural nuances. Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred). Proactive, target-driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships. Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hrs / week). Salary : €24,000 to €30,000 gross / year (depending on experience) + up to €3,408 gross / year bonus. Relocation support (flight reimbursement, housing help, airport pickup). Private health insurance. Continuous skill development and official certifications. Career growth with clear pathways and coaching support. Step into a role where you’ll shape digital strategies for some of the most promising companies in the Benelux region. As a Dutch-speaking Account Strategist, you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic, tech-driven market.
What you’ll do
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
- Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
- Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
