We are looking to recruit a strategic, people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client’s growth and culture by aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will act as a consultant and advisor to assigned business units, providing expertise in HR policies, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business strategies and goals, and translate them into HR initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment through proactive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
Support talent planning processes, including succession planning, performance reviews, and career development.
Lead or support organizational change initiatives, including restructures, culture shifts, or new processes.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required); Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR) is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Please note : this role will be bringing value to a fast-growing "hub" organisation. Candidates with a similar background and experience working in an international hub or service centre type office will be strongly preferred, with particular value placed on working with and expanding IT, Supply Chain and Accounting functions, supporting the business on a global level. Also strongly preferred candidates already based in Barcelona, and valid work permits are a must.
