Our client, a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury real estate sector in Ibiza, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Director will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Ibiza’s real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team, preferably in the real estate sector, and will speak English and Spanish fluently.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate sector
- 3+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the luxury real estate market is essential
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Must live in Ibiza
- Must have a Spanish driving license and car.
