Ux / Ui Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful digital products. Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
• Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research.
• Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
