Solo Quedan 24H Middleware Engineer

Overview Middleware Engineer - 12 months+ contract - Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). RED Global is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our top clients and is looking for an experienced Middleware Engineer.

Location & Type Madrid, Spain — Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week). Start Date : ASAP. Duration : Long-term contract. Language : Spanish.

Key Skills & Experience +5 years of experience in middleware infrastructure roles

Strong background in web server administration (Apache, .NET, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic)

Experience with deployment, migration, and optimization of infrastructure supporting enterprise applications

Solid understanding of infrastructure for integration and web publishing

Hands-on experience with HAProxy

Familiarity with OpenShift and DevOps practices (GIT, Ansible automation)

Knowledge of Squid is a plus

Comfortable working with development teams and managing advanced configurations

Responsibilities Lead and support middleware infrastructure deployments, migrations, and optimization for enterprise applications

Administer and maintain middleware components and web servers (Apache, .NET, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic)

Contribute to DevOps practices and automation efforts; collaborate with development teams

Implement high-availability and scalable infrastructure solutions (HAProxy, OpenShift)

Configure and optimize integrations and web publishing infrastructure
