🚀 We're Hiring! Senior Social Ads Manager (5+ Years Experience) – Full Remote

Location :  Remote, Central Europe office hours

Are you a passionate and experienced Social Ads Manager with a deep understanding of Meta platforms? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing large ad budgets and driving impactful results? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, looking for a  Senior Social Ads Manager  to join our team. As a Senior Social Ads Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing cutting-edge social advertising strategies for our clients, with a focus on eCommerce and fashion sectors.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage large-scale social ad campaigns  across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Develop and implement high-performance ad strategies  tailored to clients' needs in the retail and eCommerce industries.
  • Analyze campaign performance , optimize for ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to drive innovation in ad formats and targeting.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 5+ years of experience  in Social Ads management, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • 3+ years experience in SEM and / or Programmatic  advertising.
  • Proven experience managing large budgets
  • Expertise in  eCommerce and / or fashion retail  is highly preferred.
  • Strong  analytical skills  and the ability to interpret data to optimize ad performance.
  • Fluent in English  (Spanish or Italian is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and KPIs.
