Overview

Solution Specialist (Danish-speaking) – Hybrid – Cloud Solutions MV02 at Concentrix. This role focuses on driving sales cycles, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing expertise in advanced cloud technologies. Location : Valencia (Hybrid). We offer training, modern resources, and support for growth within a global technology and services leader operating in over 70 countries.

What you will do in this role

Secure new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the team.
Provide technical product overviews and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
Increase technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required.
Demonstrate aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams.
Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise.
Constantly research and educate self on the newest cloud developments and pricing for Microsoft and competitors.

What Concentrix is looking for

Native or proficient in Danish plus fluent in English.

3–6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.

Minimum Fundamentals certification is required upon entering the role; L200 certification is preferred.

Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.

Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions.

Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.

Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.

Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals; exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for a customer-facing role.

Nice-to-have

Experience in a technical sales or presales environment.

Background in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.

Master’s degree or related major / minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
