Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Málaga. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with booking inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about properties and the local area. Duties include responding to phone calls and emails, managing bookings, personal check-in and outs, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The representative will also handle administrative tasks related to customer support and apartment rentals.
